About Linda:

Have you ever battled overwhelming anxiety, fear, self-limiting beliefs, soul fatigue or stress? into sleep. My

please allow me to guide you

into rest. And

Speaker:

so slowly, just allow

Speaker:

your whole body to settle towards the earth.

Speaker:

Take a deep inhale through your nose.

Speaker:

Pause at the top, and

Speaker:

then exhale all the way out

Speaker:

to the bottom, the soles of your feet.

Speaker:

Again, inhaling, breathing in through your

Speaker:

nose, Gently holding your breath

Speaker:

at the top. And

Speaker:

then exhaling. Exhaling,

Speaker:

letting it all go.

Speaker:

As you inhale, feel the breath draw all the

Speaker:

way to the crown of your head.

Speaker:

As you exhale, feel the breath draw all the way down

Speaker:

your body, letting go just a

Speaker:

little bit more.

Speaker:

Now allow yourself to soften.

Speaker:

And I'd like you to bring to mind something that

Speaker:

feels soft.

Speaker:

Maybe it's a feather, light and

Speaker:

gentle,

Speaker:

floating in the air.

Speaker:

Something that feels soft and light for you.

Speaker:

And then let your breath become like that.

Speaker:

So soft.

Speaker:

So light.

Speaker:

And if the feather was placed just underneath

Speaker:

your nose, it would

Speaker:

hardly flutter.

Speaker:

And allow my words

Speaker:

to float in and out of your consciousness.

Speaker:

There's nothing to hold on to.

Speaker:

Nothing to figure out.

Speaker:

Just allow yourself to receive in this moment.

Speaker:

Softness often comes when there is

Speaker:

space.

Speaker:

A gentle spaciousness in your breath,

Speaker:

your skin,

Speaker:

your body.

Speaker:

Feel that space

Speaker:

and lightness

Speaker:

in your chest,

Speaker:

your belly,

Speaker:

Your arms and

Speaker:

legs as you release

Speaker:

deeper and deeper

Speaker:

into gravity.

Speaker:

Your back body is grounded and supported.

Speaker:

Your front body is open,

Speaker:

soft and spacious.

Speaker:

Light, soft,

Speaker:

spacious.

Speaker:

Light, soft,

Speaker:

spacious.

Speaker:

Allow those words to echo within.

Speaker:

Now gently bring to mind

Speaker:

something even softer.

Speaker:

Maybe now instead of a feather,

Speaker:

bring to mind a

Speaker:

cloud

Speaker:

Soft, full

Speaker:

and resting in the sky.

Speaker:

Feel yourself surrounded by that

Speaker:

fluffy cloud.

Speaker:

Your breath drawing in like a whisper

Speaker:

And drawing out like a cloud dissolving.

Speaker:

Let your breath become quieter,

Speaker:

slower,

Speaker:

softer, like a cloud

Speaker:

drifting across the sky.

Speaker:

There's nowhere to be.

Speaker:

Nothing to do.

Speaker:

You can just be

Speaker:

Still.

Speaker:

Soft.

Speaker:

Held.

Speaker:

Notice how your heart gently rises with

Speaker:

each breath in.

Speaker:

And fully let's go with each breath out.

Speaker:

Let the softness spread through your whole being

Speaker:

your eyes,

Speaker:

your jaw,

Speaker:

your shoulders,

Speaker:

your chest.

Speaker:

Let go.

Speaker:

Always coming back

Speaker:

to that soft feather

Speaker:

or cloud

Speaker:

or whatever brings you comfort.

Speaker:

Feel your body merge with that softness

Speaker:

as you rest in stillness.

Speaker:

Floating.

Speaker:

Safe.

Speaker:

Free.

Speaker:

Let yourself be here.

Speaker:

Resting.

Speaker:

Breathing.

Speaker:

Being. Allowing

Speaker:

your whole body,

Speaker:

your breath

Speaker:

and your deep center

Speaker:

to draw deeper and deeper

Speaker:

into the silence,

Speaker:

into the stillness within.

Speaker:

Light,

Speaker:

Soft.

Speaker:

Spacious.

Speaker:

Light.

Soft.

Spacious.

Light.

Soft. Spacious.

And as you feel yourself resting here in

this moment,

Letting peace wash over you.

Letting stillness stay.

Resting in that space

of wholeness.

Feeling the breath. So light

and soft.

Speaker:

A beautiful giving and receiving

So that you can draw deeper into that

Speaker:

silence within.

Speaker:

That deep knowing

Speaker:

where softness lives.

Speaker:

Softness in the realization

Speaker:

of this moment.

Speaker:

Connecting deeply

Speaker:

with the essence

Speaker:

of the here and now

Speaker:

As you allow yourself

Speaker:

to continue to release,

Speaker:

to continue to drift deeper

Speaker:

into that light,

Speaker:

soft, spaciousness

Speaker:

of ease of

Speaker:

peace,

Speaker:

of deep rest.

Speaker:

And just like layers of an onion,

Speaker:

peeling away another layer

Speaker:

of what no longer serves you.

Speaker:

Allowing yourself to simply be

Speaker:

soft,

Speaker:

light,

Speaker:

spacious,

Speaker:

and at peace.
